Does this work on an app running on multiple instances? #70

No, it doesn't - but we started a discussion of this a while ago in #21. I don't currently use Meteor on multiple instances, and so this feature is a bit too much work to implement relative to how useful it would be for me. It does seem like a good distributed systems puzzle that I'd like to solve at some point, though. |

I'm using meteorhacks:cluster and wondering whether online will work if a user is connected to one instance, and not to another.
