Mobile: Set default avatar to Jazzicon for new users

What is this about?

On Extension and Portfolio we default to Jazzicon avatars. Whereas on Mobile we default to blockies. The inconsistency is apparent now that Portfolio.metamask is set as homepage in the Mobile in-app browser.

We want to set the default avatar on Mobile to Jazzicon for new users without changing the setting for existing users.

Scenario

New users

• GIVEN New user opens app
• THEN Account is shown with Jazzicon avatar

Existing users

• GIVEN Existing user opens app
• THEN Account is shown with existing preference setting (Jazzicon or Blockie)
