ercf_v1.1.cfg missing mcu section #267

The ercf_v1.1.cfg file is incorrect as it leads to "not a valid pin name on mcu 'ERCF'" errors.

The line mcu: ERCF needs to be added, i.e.

[board_pins ercf]
mcu: ERCF
