Severity *

Medium (Gameplay Limitation): Non-core functionality is impaired, providing a suboptimal but playable experience.

Brief Description *

When revealing hex 0206 Track 0, a contract objective is suppose to spawn according to the objective list but nothing is generated.

Steps to Reproduce

Load save, reveal hex 0206 track 0 and see the objective list update without spawning a mission.

Windows 11

v0.50.0

So, this is going to be a really hard issue to track down, because the scenario stubs are created the moment the contract is accepted. So while we can tell there should be a scenario there, we can't see why it failed to spawn as that occurred way back in the past - beyond what data we have in the current save. Potentially this has already been fixed as a part of the improvements made in #5230.
