eternal spinning circle by action from other devices #395

eg. deleting a file on another device brings up an eternal spinning circle on ET, that wont go away, unless you restart ET or enter the settings page

it's not limited on deleting, as reported, simply doing some management stuff on the server causes this

this now occurs also if you delete something inside ET
