Even though it knows the correct system the parent folder belongs to it still picks titles from other systems.
For example, the title "Kirby 64: The Crystal Shards" in the Nintendo 64 system folder it IDs it as a Virtual Console game for the Nintendo Wii.
Also after manually correcting the metadata, doing a library scan will replace the metadata with incorrect values even though the replace metadata wasen't selected.
