We want to create a table, starting from an OTU table, and ending with features for each OTU

great! I created a pull request to merge the branch from your fork that contains the new script. why don't you see if you can approve the pull request so we can test that out? I'll keep this issue open while I look the scripts over and see if there are any changes to be made
