Currently, you can only use coal or coal blocks in the coal generator. You can’t use any other vanilla or modded fuel, such as wooden tools/swords, torches, saplings, charcoal blocks from Thermal, Mekanism, or Tinkers’ Construct; bitumen from Thermal, and so on.
I know it’s called the coal generator, but it would be nice to be able to use any burnable fuel in the coal generator, as most burnable-fuel-generators from other mods allow you to do so. Whether this would be by default and unchangable, or a config option, doesn’t matter. I just think that the coal generator should be able to use any burnable fuel, and it would be great if you could implement this!
