[1.16] Powercells forget settings when broken and lose all energy from the broken cell (inter-mod incompatibility)

Rftoolsbase mod version: 1.16-2.0.10
Forge version: 36.1.2

Advanced Powercell when broken does not retain input/output status but even worse voids all the energy it had inside it.

Upon testing this further it depends on how the powercell is broken.

If you shift - rclick with the smart wrench it retains it's power but forgets its input/output status.

If I break with a Silent Gear Platinum pickaxe it loses the power and input/output status (inter-mod incompatibility).

If I break it with a vanilla iron pickaxe it retains the power but loses the input/output status.

This is on a server not single player.
