Pack: All the Mods 6 v1.0.6
When breaking the Coal Generator or Blazing blocks, they vanish. Neither pickaxe or wrench work.

Don't even get a machine frame :p

was able to re-create issue in a pack with only:
forge 1.16.2 30.0.37
Rftools Base 1.16-2.04-beta
rftools power 1.16-3.0.5 beta

so it's not a mod conflict
