Metallic Dragon’s Might

When you, or a creature within 60 feet of you that you can see rolls dice to determine healing (hit dice, cure wounds, healing hands), you can use your reaction to maximize the healing received. You can additionally end your transformation early as an action, and roll an amount of hit dice equal to half your proficiency bonus and heal for the amount rolled. Up to 4 creatures of your choice within 30 feet of you can do the same.

Chromatic Dragons Might

When a creature within 60 feet of you takes Acid, Cold, Lighting, Fire, Thunder, or Poison Damage, and has immunity against that damage, you can use your reaction to cause them to have resistance for this instance of the damage. If they are resistant to the damage, they cannot benefit from resistance for this instance of the ability or gain it by a reaction. You can additionally end your transformation early as an action, and select up to 4 creatures within 30 feet of you. They must make a DC 18 Constitution Saving Throw, or be unable to benefit from immunity or resistance to your choice of Acid, Fire, Lighting, Cold, Poison, or Thunder Damage until the end of your next turn.

Gem Dragon’s Might

When you, or a creature within 60 feet of you that you can see would make a saving throw against the Blinded, Charmed, Deafened, Paralyzed, Petrified, Poisoned, or Stunned Condition, you can use to reaction to give them advantage on the saving throw.

As an action, you can end your transformation early, and for the next turn any of your allies within 60 feet of you can benefit from the first part of this ability with no reaction required. Additionally if one of your allies would pass the saving throw without the advantage, you can as part of the same reaction, force the creature that caused the saving throw to be made, to make a DC 18 Saving Throw of the same type, and be subjected to the same effect on a failure, bypassing condition immunity.

For any relevant abilities, the DC raises from 18 to 20 at level 17, and you can choose up to 5 creatures for effects that occur when you end your transformation early.

As the old post office went down, a new one would rise from the ashes. Analog, with the help and backing of Joy Amorami, purchased the old guild hall. The place was a dump and rundown. But, it would be made functional. As a final farewell, Analog's old employers — the Iruha family of the Blackdawn Adventurer Network — gave them a generous supply of startup money and T1 adventurers to help rebuild the place. And rebuild they did, completely upgrading the delivery system to modern times. A factory was built to construct fleets of delivery drones, with a custom shop for their best employees. Each mailman would get a drone, and their reach and efficiency would reach record levels. There was no place they couldn't deliver. Nothing was beyond their capabilities. But the most important part? Everything would be on a on time with a perfect schedule.

Rocket Rescue is a guild focused on mercenary work around or in areas affected by any kind of natural, magical or man-made catastrophe or disaster. They make use of their Valkyrie Propulsion System (VPS) for their own protection and maneuverability as well to provide assistance if their contract so requires. The guild provides a public service however are not public servants, so while heroes are drawn to the seemingly heroic style of work, some sneer at the guild for the price tag it attaches. Rocket Rescue would work with any lawful organization that can help them fulfill their contract within it's stipulations. If their job is to rescue the people on an affected area, for example, they wouldn't work with a guild whose objective would steer them away from fulfilling their own contract. This guild will not work with organizations that can't respect or won't align with the RR's contracted assignments or with guilds that intend or have as an objective to harm people.

The Tsukumogami is able to momentarily imbue your attacks, possibly allowing one to break through a protective spell that impedes your offense.
