[Bug]: "Remove Lens Flare" not working #122

Describe the bug

As per the title says, the "Remove Lens Flare" feature isn't working.

Reproduction steps

1. Make sure "RemoveLensflare = On" is set in the settings file
2. Go to the Great Sky Island at day
3. Lens flare is still visible

Additional context

1. Yuzu EA 4176
2. Tested on Linux/RADV and Windows.
