Automatically use :anki_list: on nodes with children and no body

Research possibility to automatically set the anki_list tag on nodes that:

1. have an empty body (no text)
2. have children

Most of the types these nodes are like this:

* Topic
** Topic related def1
text
** Topic related def2
text
** Topic related def3
text
** Topic Types   <------------ Here we can auto assign :anki_list:
*** Type1
*** Type2
