NMEA to MQTT via ESP8266

Firmware development for ESP8266 to analyse NMEA0183 Strings and pass them on to an MQTT server.

This is a short q+d solution, an alternative solution might integrate TinyGPSPlus into EspEasy, then with some GUI configuration options.
