Missing parts of the texture coloring

There are some missing parts on the texture coloring section.
I manipulated all section 0 to 13.
But there were no sections to adjust upper band of the stockings and boots.
(I tested all section like images, but there was no change on those two parts.)

And there is another problem on the coloring part.
If I change the body part(section 0), skin on the body(thigh and chest) changes too.

Thank you for making this mod. I am enjoying your mod very well.
And I hope you to add and fix these problems, if you don't mind.

yea im pretty sure the new version a while ago broke the MeshPart color manipulation. I'll try and look into it.
