User friendly date and time labels

Currently date and time entries are displayed using a long string that includes the weekday, month, day, year, time and timezone:

This format is hard to understand at a first glance and it is especially cumbersome for dates that are close to the current time (such as grace credit generation date which is often less than an hour away.)

This date and time display can be improved by changing the time entries to show the time delta (e.g "in 30 minutes", "in 2 days".) On hover, a tooltip with exact date and time information should be shown.
