Slim down filters on /reports

The "filter reports" section on the right is really powerful, but I imagine in most use cases only about half those options should exist. If this isn't a thing already, the admin should be able to tick checkboxes to include/exclude those sections. If they remove so many that this could work, maybe they would auto-expand.

The filters we do not need are: Type, Media, and Custom Fields

Also the category filters do not seem to be working now, though this may also be an issue with the decayimage module
