advanced search features

It would be good if there was a way to do some advanced searching of items with either text or drop down boxes or both. Things that could be done would be like "rarity:legendary, type: chest, " to narrow results to only legendary chest armors which match the search text given. And with rarity you could differentiate between rarity:rare and rarity:rare+ to either search ONLY rare items OR rare items or better. It would really amp up the search effectiveness/usefulness of this tool.
