[BUG] Roll Outcome is not displayed for players

Description
If a player rolls a weapon, or spell attack, as a DM I see both attack roll and damage roll:

however, from the player side of things, only the following is seen:

I am pretty sure this is not caused by another module, since the issue persist even after switching all other modules off.

I cannot reproduce this issue on the latest versions of RSR and dnd5e, I advise updating both your system and module to latest to avoid issues. Unfortunately bugfixing specific combinations of older versions is nigh impossible due to massive changes to how dnd5e does things. If you wish to remain on older versions, I would therefore advise you downgrade RSR or dnd5e and test different combinations until it works.
