Issue Description

Hovering over a notification just displays the notification again inside a tooltip.

Heuristics Violated

Aesthetic & minimalist design

Issue Severity Level

Minor

Recommendation

The tooltip on hover seems unnecessary since it is displaying the same information, so it may be best just to remove it.
