[UX] Adding items to assign to columns is unintuitive

Issue Description

These are adding columns to a report. But it doesn't really look like or interact with how the end report would look. Are the selected fields in the same order as they would be in the report? Does selecting "Base report on" change all of the fields below it?

Allow column assignment and selecting fields in a way that is intuitive to the user. The form to assign columns should be similar to the output of the report.
