MPS draws power from powered tools, wireless crafting grids, etc in our hotbar, emptying them. Power draw from hotbar or inventory should be disabled.

Version info
Java version: java -version
openjdk version "1.8.0_292"
OpenJDK Runtime Environment (build 1.8.0_292-8u292-b10-0+deb9u1-b10)
OpenJDK 64-Bit Server VM (build 25.292-b10, mixed mode)
Minecraft Forge version: 14.23.5.2855
Describe the bug
A fully charged MPS (top 3 pieces say 100/100, boots say 99.9/100) will draw power and completely empty many powered tools from other mods. Example include tools and capacitor backpack from Immersive Engineering, Wireless (crafting) grid from Refined Storage. These items need power put into them and are not sources to draw power from.
Conversely items that are energy storage, are not drawn from at all. Examples include RE or Advanced Battery, Energy or Lapotron Crystals from IE2. I am not suggesting the mod start emptying the lapotrons in our hotbar either. I was just experimenting with them, in an effort to counter-act MPS' instant emptying of my tools/devices that I need to use. I believe the power draw should be disabled all together, or at least off by default with a toggle in the .cfg if people want to use it. Players have methods to charge their suits and can charge as needed.
To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:
Place any powered tool or wireless device in the hotbar and watch its energy get drained, even though the suit is charged and seemingly does not have any more capacity to store this power.
If I am naked (no MPS)when I pick up any of these tools, the power is not drained instantly and can be used normally. But I'm naked.
Expected behavior
I expect to be able to use a tool or wireless grid/device while wearing MPS
Mod list
Numina-1.12.2-1.0.38.jar
ModularPowersuits-1.12.2-1.0.46.jar

To be able to use tools or wireless devices while wearing MPS. Currently they get instantly emptied. See details in above bug report
