Flight glitch with Morph

Minecraft Forge version: 14.23.5.2847

Describe the bug
It is possible to gain flight with just the glider option on a powered chestplate.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Install a glider upgrade on a powered chestplate
2. Morph into any entity
3. Flight!
4. Morph back to normal or take the chestplate off, still flight.

Unfortunately, 1.12.2 development is dead due to OpenJDK8 (242) breaking Forge Gradle 2.x and Forge 1.12.2 no longer being supported. Even if I could fix it, I don't even have access to the project page anymore on Curseforge. On top of that, I'm no longer actively working on MPS but rather working on its successor, Modular Power Armor, for 1.14.4 and beyond. And because of that, I don't even have time to work on older versions.

Hi xJon, I will be looking into this, as there are a few minor fixes I need to make for my modpack. I am unsure whether a PR would be accepted by the owner here, or if I should fork this out.
