Version Conflit While Installing bertopic in Kaggle Notebook #2242

This seems like a connection error, so it cannot seem to access the pypi registry. Did you check whether you could indeed install something else? Also, how did you try to install BERTopic? |
Simply, !pip install bertopic. And pypi is also there in Python folder installation. |
