The names are consistent between mu2 and slug as it is part of the automatic score validation. also make sure it is consistent in MusicBrainz.

We have to check this periodically before each release. Move SymbTrData.ipynb to the extras and add the checkers similar to getSymbTrArtistMismatch.ipynb.
