Indicate the mertebe information in the symbtr usul slug

If the score is written in a mertebe other than default mertebe of the usul, include it in the SymbTr-score name, e.g. sofyan (for default mertebe with the 4th note), sofyan_8 (for mertebe with the 8th note).
