Already Researched Paper Detected, But I cannot go to the overworld moon still.

Description of Issue

[When I made a tier 1 Rocket to go the the moon, It wont allow me to launch to the moon. I also Thought maybe I had to discover the moon via the research papers, But after going through the processes of getting the moon research paper, It says I already have researched the paper. it says that all I need is a tier one rocket to go to the moon as well. I tried to slove this I am own, But I think it may be a Mod issue. Thank you. ]

Steps to Reproduce Issue

1. [go the space with tier one rocket.]
2. [wont let me to the moon even with already researched paper.]

[I am also playing on the 1.12.2 modpack via the tecninc launcher.

I just wanted to say that I am a big fan of this mod. Its such a simple mod but such a cool idea that adds just a wonderful level to the Galacticraft. ]
