ConcurrentModificationException when switching Galaxies on Custom Celestial Selection Screen

Description of Issue(Required)

With ExtraPlanets and some other mods, I place a rocket and launch into space (with needed materials), but when it opens the map to select a planet, the game starts glitching, then crashes.

Steps to Reproduce Issue(Required)

1. Go in multiplayer or single player and build a rocket, launch pad, and parachute
2. Launch the rocket and wait till you get to the menu,
