Unable to Craft Electric Rocket using Tier 10 Rockets that have storage applied

[Electric rocket only allows tier 10 rockets without the chests to be crafted]

Steps to Reproduce Issue(Required)

1. [try to craft electric rocket with 2 tier 10 rockets that have chests in them]
