Register of data reuse

Not fully thought out, but making a note here. We could consider adding a form that allows the community to register reuse of a dataset. The data might for example help to evaluate impact of different datasets.

e.g. we could capture:

• Details of courses using datasets
• Publications using datasets
• News items mentioning datasets
