Need to update docs to reference Jetson Nano long with validation of homework.
This includes handing of booting off on an external drive.

Note, boot from USB (https://github.com/jetsonhacksnano/bootFromUSB) is not working for me. Going to look at cloning our NVMe boot process for now.
