feature request: skipping install dependencies step

Problem

If the version of pnpm defined in packageManager in package.json is different from the version of pnpm actually executed, ERR_PNPM_BAD_PM_VERSION is generated and exit 1 is returned.

dependency-cruiser-report-action installs packages internally, but does not consider the value of packageManager when doing so, which may cause this error to occur frequently.
