Work out how to package and distrib

Need to work out how to package this:

Deezer libraries need to be packaged and distributed along with instructions for building RB with Deezer support.

Modifications to rhythmbox core for custom RBPlayer support should be submitted as a PR to GNOME.

Plugin should be built and packaged as binary for distribution.

Get plugin added to GNOME 3rd party plugin list.

Consider separating plugin code into another repo. Might not be worth it?

Build instructions are sorted,
Still need to create PR for core Rhythmbox changes.
Still need to be able to provide a binary download for people who don't wanna build from source.
Can't really add to GNOME 3rd party list until this is sorted.
