Run/Stop + Restore resets multiple display settings to make sure the READY prompt is usable after interrupting a program, including the border and background colors, screen editor draw state, and character set. As of 920409 this does not include the palette settings, such that even with the background and draw state reset to palette entries 6 and 1, respectively, the text may still not be visible with the interrupted program's custom palette.

The PALETTE RESTORE command already exists to restore the palette to factory defaults. Run/Stop + Restore should include a similar effect in its resets.
