Can't see charts or graphs

Hi

I'm not figuring how to see charts or graphs

Does them require to have coolbits enabled ?
Are they only available for writeable parameters ?
Are they available to see nvidia sensors or cpu sensors in real time ?
When are they displayed ?

The screenshot in the README refers to this feature:
Connect any writable property to any readable property, for more possibilities than just fan curves. Currently only possible with range-based writable properties (Right click on a node)

Graphs for readable properties aren't available but it's planned to add them back.

I've just experimented a bit and made a pull request. Not sure if that's ok or maybe not wanted, feel free to write feedback or to do code review
