[Feature Request] Tell user if layeredfs mod is enabled

Feature request: have an option to tell the user (via some kind of simple on screen display or similar) if a layeredfs mod is currently enabled on the current title (or selected or currently booting title). This is in case you forget you have a mod enabled.

An alternative option to this could be a Rosalina menu item to enable mods for the next booted title only, as a one off.
