Use 3gs ssh ramdisk to bypass password disabled

Hi, sorry if its a dumb question. I have an old 3gs and don't remember the password. I blocked it, so I am looking for a way to bypass the "iphone is disabled" screen to try other options without deleting my data. I am running iOS6.1.6

don't know if it actually works, or if that's even the right way to do it

I don't know if this is already somehow supported. Could you help me point into the right direction how to do it? Thanks a lot
