Insert image with reference relative to page in PDF fails randomly #2

When inserting the image in the reference relative to one of the page corners, it generates the image but doesn't show any image in the content.

Possible causes:

It is not saving the reference (top-left) across saving options, and uses default (bottom-left)

Alternatives to enhance user experience:

Launch alert when the image position is out of the bounds of the document.
Provide feedback about the actual page reference used.
