added an option to automatically control Whammy DT tuning using MIDI-to-USB (Skip tuning in the PreSongTuner, then tune the rest in the pause menu tuner)

added an option to allow Riff Repeater speeds over 100 percent (keybind = increase, Shift + keybind = decrease). Note: If the notice at the top of the screen disappears but the song is still going sonic speed, press the keybind again to reset to default (or pause and unpause).
