Add open window to the API

Adding the HarvestWindow() and CraftingWindow() functions into the API will allow module developers access to automatically open those windows via a macro or part of their module.

For example: I am working on a module that assists in the dice rolling for harvest checks and I would like to add a button to automatically open up the Harvest window and add the rolled value but I can't due to the function not being accessible.
