HTMLWorkspace has a misconfigured layout in the title

It's pretty obvious, just open an HTML Workspace (easiest to do by creating an HTMLMorph and then editing the HTML) and see the thing being messes up already in its initial state and then dragging the window borders will position the backend button nicely to the right side of the window.
