I am still not sure what to use as the basis of our constraint solving. @rksm mentioned that we already have lively modules around that provide relaxation and/or constraint solving services?
Also what are your thoughts on http://omrelli.ug/g9/gallery/. g9 seems really interesting to me.

The answer to this clear now. What we basically want here is a nicely stolen version of Figmas constraint Layout. (Aka auto layout: https://help.figma.com/hc/en-us/articles/360040451373-Create-dynamic-designs-with-auto-layout)
