Keyboard command for rewind does not work on youtube.com #17

Currently:
If you go to youtube.com, play a video and pause. Then:

on your keyboard, press j, notice it rewinds the video by 10 seconds

However, if you say, "press j" to lip surf, nothing happens.

Expected Outcome:
Saying "press j" to lip surf will rewind the video by 10 seconds.
