Add Ocr Pipeline in Lightning Flash

Hi I am working on Ocr pipeline in Lightning. I think could be useful for the community to integrate it into Flash. I saw that Flash rely on icevision for some computer vision task.

I would like to know if could be better to ask icevision community and then integrate this into flash or could be better to integrate this task directly?
