Hi,

Wish to password protect a folder in libraryBox - so thought of implementing a protected directory in lighthttpd - which is used as a server application ...

Currently I just wish to know whether you have "mod_auth" of lighthttpd ??

Hope to complete this task soon and indeed update this post as well - but till then kindly help me if someone has already done this implementation

Hi,
you need to install this package manually lighttpd-mod-access_1.4.30-2_ar71xx.ipk from https://downloads.openwrt.org/attitude_adjustment/12.09/ar71xx/generic/packages/ . For further information consult https://redmine.lighttpd.net/projects/1/wiki/docs_modauth

But, I think that topic is already irrelevant, because you needed a quick information in time.

If I do not get an answer on this issue until Friday, I'll close it :)

best regards
Matthias
