jQrg-Mate: caffeinated soft-drink

| 🍃 Yerba Mate | 55g |
| 💧 Hot Water | 1 liter |
| 🍬 Sugar | 50 ml |
| 🍋 Citric acid | 2 tablespoon |
| 🍶 Carbonated water | 1 liter |
- 🔥 Campfire
- 🌀 Kettle
- Mix the 💧Hot Water and the 🍃Yerba Mate: 70–80 °C (158–176 °F). ❗Hot, but not boiling❗
- Let the 🍵 Mate Tea sit for at least 7min.
- Seperate the 🍃 Yerba Mate leaves from the 🍵 Mate Tea.
- Combine:
- 🍵 Mate Tea 1 Liter
- 🍬 Sugar 50 ml
- 🍋 Citric acid 2 tablespoon
- Stir the 🍵 Mate Tea:
- Put the 🍵 Mate Tea: in ❄️ or in a refrigerator until it's cold.
- Combine:
- 🍶 Carbonated water 1 liter
- 🍵 Mate Tea 1 liter
