[FEATURE] Sort apps in folders, alphabetically

Describe the feature

Include a three dots menu in the folders, which, when touched, include the option to sort apps alphabetically. When that option is selected, the apps in a folder will be sorted alphabetically.

Why would it be useful to add?

It would make it easier for users to customize their app layout.

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)
