[FEATURE] Move search bar to left if in landscape mode

This is technically a duplicate of #3749 but was closed

Search bar should be moved to the left in landscape mode so that it doesn't waste more space like in the pixel tablet

Why would it be useful to add?

Would be convenient and also gives a more google pixel look

Did the feature exist in Lawnchair v2? (Play Store version)

Also the same could be applied to at a glance, since it too takes up whole row in landscape.

Well you can just use smartspace and add it as a widget but It makes sense
