Rat Curse + Soultrap Effigy cause immortality

When having the Soultrap Effigy in your inventory (which prevents you from having potion effects) and going below 4 hearts, which should normally trigger you to get the Rat Curse and becoming a rat, you instead can't get below 4 hearts, effectively making you unable to die. I hope it's possible to fix this issue, and that it won't have to be changed on the Mason's Decor's part

how did you get it to work? like run it cause for me it says its missing "trinkets"
