List developments since v1.0 paper

As we discussed writing a v2.0 note we need to list the developments that took part since the first CLMM paper. See discussion here : #474 for desired additions.

• Use analytical form for the CDF of source z distribution (Issue/449/source z distribution cdf #451 )
• Allow CT backend to use "critical" mass definition (Issue/493/CT critical mass definition #495 )
• Allow setting Einasto alpha parameter for CCL backend (CCL free einasto alpha #557 )
